Job Description:

  • Internal Cash Flow Management:
    - Check and control the income and expenses within the company;
    - Prepare and monitor internal receipts, payment vouchers, and invoices;
    - Prepare cash fund and bank deposit reports;
  • Accounts Receivable and Payable Management:
    - Track accounts receivable and payable from customers and suppliers;
    - Reconcile and confirm debts periodically;
  • Invoice and Accounting Document Management:
    - Collect, verify, and store invoices and accounting documents;
    - Control purchase and sales contracts, and payment with suppliers;
  • Asset and Equipment Management::
    - Record, inventory, and assess fixed assets;
    - Calculate depreciation and amortization of fixed assets periodically;
  • Payroll and Employee Benefits:
    - Process payroll, bonuses, and benefits according to company policies
  • Internal Financial Reporting:
    - Prepare income and expense reports, cash flow statements, and internal profit and loss reports;
    - Assess the company's financial situation and propose improvements for cash flow.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have a university degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Taxation, Economics, or related fields;
  • Proficiency in office software: Strong knowledge of Google Sheets (accounting functions, Pivot Table, basic VBA, data filtering, financial reporting), Word, PowerPoint;
  • Ability to synthesize and analyze accounting data for accurate assessment;
  • Careful, meticulous, and precise.
